Replacement and Return Policy
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
a. Eligibility for Replacement:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Intimation for replacement must be made within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
b. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are sterilized, perishable, or single-use in nature (e.g., surgical disposables)
- Customized or specially ordered equipment
- Products without original packaging or tampered seals
c. Replacement Process:
- Email your request with invoice number and product images at orderonline@surgicave.in
- Our team will verify and respond within 2 working days
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled or replacement will be dispatched
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment
